Each class flows with intentional sequencing, sculpting the body, challenging endurance, and encouraging inner exploration — so you leave feeling strong, centered, and inspired.

Greta Dopp is the creator of the FlexFlow Sculpt method. A dynamic methodology that fuses the mindful depth of yoga with the precision of Pilates, the fire of functional strength training, and the rhythm of music. More than a workout, FlexFlow is an embodied experience: strength meets fluidity, discipline meets play, and inner awareness drives outer resilience.

With over a decade of personal practice and years of teaching, Greta has honed a signature style that is both soulful and powerful. Her classes invite students to move with intelligence and curiosity, integrating yogic philosophy, somatic grounding, and beat-driven sequencing to unlock both strength and presence.
